MegaPari KYC and AML Policy

MegaPari’s KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML/CTF Policy describes how the platform performs identity verification and transaction monitoring to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing in Brazil. The measures meet regulatory requirements and prioritize transparency, user security, and account protection. The practices follow Law No. 9,613/1998, Law No. 13,810/2019, COAF guidelines, and acts of the Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, including reporting obligations where applicable.

Purpose of KYC and AML

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Temporary or permanent suspension of the account, blocking or confiscation of funds linked to suspicious activity, cancellation of bets or winnings, notification to the competent authorities where applicable.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal data and complete the verification process within the specified time frame. It is mandatory to respond to requests for additional information and submit documents when necessary. Only payment methods owned by the user may be used. Any suspicious activity must be reported promptly to support, reinforcing the culture of compliance and commitment to responsible gaming.
